What should be the next circle ?

Frankly speaking i don’t have any solid reason to choose an option, i think there can be more then one answer with different explanations.
I am looking for the perfect answer for this one, so if you know, please put your answer with reason in the comment box below 🙂

This ones pretty Simple. The answer’s D. Reason : The alternate sequence of bars on the top move one step clockwise, making the alternate sequence of bars on the bottom do the same. D is the only one that follows that. Also, the ball moves within the same half circle to the opposite end. D signifies that as well. hope that helps..
Answer option is C. What I observed is that only the bar moves in anti-clockwise direction and the dot is fixed at a point. First the bar is 3 sectors away , then 2 , then 1 and in answer bar must coincide with the dot on the circle.
