Flower math puzzle
What will be the value of Yellow flower + Red flower*Blue Flower?
Check your answer:-
Answer With ExplanationExplanation:
from first equation red flower = 20
from second equation blow flower = (30 – 20)/2 = 5
from third equation 5 – 2yelloflower = 3 => yello flower = (5-3)/2 = 1
Thus Yellow flower + Red flower*(Blue Flower with four petals)
yes thats the catch, blue flower with 4 petals should be of value 4
= 1 + 20 *4 = 81, remember BODMAS rule, multiplication first.

Answer With ExplanationX%y = X*y/100 = (200/y)*(y/100) = 2
If we do 1 push up repetition per day, 3 sets, then increase it by one rep per week for same three sets, how many push ups will we be doing in 6months?
Check your answer:-
Answer With Solutionnumber of push ups in first week 3*7 = 21
so total number of push ups in 25 weeks = 21 + 21*2 + 21*3 …. 21*25
its an arithmetic progression with a1 = 21 and d = 21
its Sum = n(a1+an)/2 = 25(21 + 21*25)/2 = 21*25*26/2 = 6825
Push ups done in 5 days = 21*26*5/7 = 26*15 = 390
Total push ups in 6 months = 6825 + 390 = 7215.
jane, ali and pat each planted a tree 90cm in height . in the time it took jane’s tree to grow by 1 cm, ali’s tree grow by 2 cm. by the time it took ali tree to grow by 2cm pat tree grow by 3 cm . how tall was jane tree when pat tree was 108 cm in height.
Check your answer:-
Answer With SolutionAnswer: 96cm
Solution: let’s say jane’s tree grow by 1cm in X time, and in the same time ali’s tree grow by 2cm and pat’s tree grow by 3cm.
so to grow 108 – 90 = 18 cm, pat’s tree should take 18/3 = 6X time and jane’s tree should grow by 6cm in the same time.

Answer With SolutionAnswer: 4
Solution:
You might want to solve it simply like this
First equation: Football + Football + Football = 18 => Football = 18/3 = 6
Second Equation: Wall Clock= 9/3 = 3
Third Equation: Table Fan * Table Fan – Table Fan = 6 => (Table Fan) x (Table Fan – 1) = 6
from 3×2 = 6 => Table Fan = 3
Thus Wall Clock x Football – Table Fan = 3 x 6 – 3 = 15
BUT, if you look carefully, it is not a simple math equation puzzle, football in last equation is different than other, wall clock in 4th equation having different time than the ones in second equation, similarly table fan has 2 blades than 3.
So how do we solve it?
In the first equation black marks on Football are 6, therefore Football value is : 6
In the Second equation clock shows 3pm.. so clock value is 3
In the third equation, table fan has 3 blades, thus having a value of 3, OR you can say a table fan with 3 blades has value 3, thus with 2 blades should have a value 2.
In last equation clock is 2 and Football marks are 3, and table fan has 2 blades
thus 2×3 -2 = 4

Can you find the missing number in the below triangle from the 4 options given in the image ?

Check your answer:-
Answer With ExplanationExplanation: Its actually simple logic, generally we think to find out the relation between the opposite sides, but here the relation is in between adjacent numbers, which is very unusual though.
9 * 2 = 18 -1 = 17
160 *2 = 320 -1 = 319
475 * 2 = 950 – 1 = 949
