If you see the difference between the numbers
16, 91, 256
2^4, 3^4, 4^4

next difference should be 5^4 i.s. 625, thus the next number should be 354+625 => 979

625, because the difference between first 2 numbers is 4 which is 2^4.
similarly difference between 2nd and 3rd number is 81 which is 3^4. the next difference is 256 which is 4 ^4.obviously the next difference has to be 5 ^4
