    Ans: 32
    Explanation: Differnce between Second and first Column is 12; and that of third and second column is 7; hence the answer is 32.
    25-13 = 12; 32 – 25 = 7
    28-16 = 12; 35 – 28 = 7
    31-19 = 12; 38 – 31 = 7
