Answer is 120.
How?
If we observe
10 = 2×5
30 = 3×10
So every next result = multiplication of first number and previous result. thus the answer to above number puzzle should be 4×30 = 120.

    The left hand numbers are just sequential. The right hand numbers are the equivalent answers. 1 = 5 is given. Next number in sequence is 2. 2 x 5 = 10. Each answer is that sequential number times the previous answer.
